A:Answer Mine did. Assuming you aren't including your cpu/cooler, as they should have their own parts.
Although my motherboard only has a 4 pin 12v ARGB header, and this controller that goes with the fans only supports a 3 pin 5v header. Keep that in mind, because there's nothing you can do if you want to sync it to your mobo lighting. It comes with a sata power adapter that will at least let them work with the button on top of the case to switch colors.
