Q: QuestionHow do you adjust the resolution down? My laptop is not recognizing the external monitor and that is the last thing I can try. It works fine with a different laptop, and my laptop works fine with a different monitor.

• A:Answer If you didn’t find it already, I believe you can right click anywhere on your screen outside of a window and pick “display” From there, you should have options for the resolution adjustment. Also, if your computer didn’t recognize it, wondering if you tried the display port cable instead of an HDMI cable? Hope this helps. Good luck!
