QuestionI am having problems with my Samsung TV. Spectrum is my provider and they tell me to buy a WiFi Booster because this TV is too far from the modem. Do you think this will help

- Answer I am not sure how Spectrum works. A Wifi booster will help boost your internet speed. Unless your cable runs on Wifi a booster won't do much. However, it is possible that you need an internet connection from the modem to the box. Double check with your provider. This device would be perfect for that.

QuestionI have a wireless printer and a Bose WiFi speaker that work great. I then added the netgear WiFi extender and now my printer and speaker are no longer connected. I unplug the extender and the printer and speaker work great. What gives?

- Answer Make sure both devices are on the extended network. If they still are not speaking remove completely and turn them off. Then unplug the extender, then the router. After 15 min, turn the router back on. Next plug the extender back in and then the devices. Make sure all updates are downloaded.

QuestionWhat is the max speed this can output? If my router is putting out a 400MBPS signal, what is the max speed the extended network from this device can handle? Most are around 100MPBS; but I need at least 200 for high-def streaming in the dead zone.

- Answer The max speed is 433mps. If your router is @400 you'll get all of it's speed.

- Answer I was told by my I.T. pro that a better position is half way between your router and the point you are trying to reach. I installed mine to help with reception from the cameras in and on my detached garage. It works well. I am pleased. My router is in my downstairs office. The extender is on the first floor, plugged into the wall closest to the garage.
