• Yes. You may need to manually download drivers from their website like I did but it will work fine.

• Yes, we are using it with Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10.

• Absolutely. Install the driver that comes with the adapter, and Windows 10 will update it to the latest version automagically after it connects to the internet.
