“can I hook it up to my smart TV Just bought a smart TV cable comp says I need a motem & router as the tv is 3 rooms away from my computer,that just a motem would not work,they want a lot more then this costs almost double,,As I'm not very smart lol about all this stuff please tell me If this is what I need & will it work...Please let me know as I want my tv to get Netflix etc Thank you”

• The WiFi on this router is quite good, so a Smart TV about 3 rooms away should be able to connect to this router.

• So far this one has worked for us. I don't know about netflix. We have it on a smart tv and on a cd player and I'm pretty sure you have to have the modem/router and the serial number to enter for the other options to work.

• yes, as long as your TV can connect to a wirless signal. most smart tvs have that capability.

• Yes you will need to get a wireless router. You will need to setup the wireless router, then you should be able to connect your Smart TV to the wireless off of the router. I recommend the ASUS brand of routers as they are extremely easy to setup and have excellent range/coverage on their wireless signal.
