• A:Answer No, if you have a free day calling their tech support all day long and they can’t figure out how to even set it up for a HP Laptop, I wouldn’t waste the day!! Arris Brand Surfboard is great for wireless and it’s range is fantastic! Net gear SUCKS! The Net gear techs will hang up on you many times if they can’t answer anything and blame it on disconnections. Go with Arris!! Connect and Rock On in 10 minutes or less!!! Not 42 hours of setup time with net gear!!

• A:Answer Parental control for this device is average, I think you will be able to set it in a way it'll work for your needs, nonetheless I will recommend you change your DNS to OPEN DNS you can google it for more info, there is lots of videos on youtube about how it works and setup. OPEN DNS is amazing, it is what I use in my home router, you just set and forget, It'll block whatever you want it to block.

• A:Answer If you are pc gaming, I would suggest getting a better pcie network card, or usb one. For console, it maybe depending on how far you are from the router. The router doesn't increase speeds, it just increases the range of which the speed can get to, which is why the speed would increase. If you live in a 2-story, it's decent option, but otherwise, 1 story, it's useless.
