A:Answer We have Shentel and it works fine. It will almost always work with whatever cable provider/modem (unless your ISP has some kind of stranglehold on what equipment you use.) As I understand it, fiber Internet is still going to ultimately connect to your router through a regular network cable, so it will work with fiber (again, as long as your ISP doesn't have an issue with you using your own router). You might have to give them a MAC address to make everything work (should be on a sticker on the box or you can get from the app), but they don't generally hassle you if you want to use your own router.
So, in general, it should work with any provider and/or equipment that allows for a separate router.
