QuestionIs there any way to use this solely as a reverse cam? I'd like it to stay off except when backing up.

- Answer Hello Rich, I'm afraid there isn't a way of only activating the camera when reversing- the camera will be designed to come on whenever there is power provided to it. The only option would be to plug the dashcam in when you wish to reverse and unplug it at any other time. - Answer No, this doesn’t allow you to do that. You have to remove the SD card see image on the computer. I believe the other higher end models do this but more $$$. Still a great camera and nice quality

- Answer There is an app called MyNextbase Connect, but unfortunately the 320XR does not have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, so you cannot connect to the app.

- Answer Yes and No….Yes, it will record if someone or something bumps it. No it will not record 24/7 because it’s not getting constant power, Can it???? Maybe, if you buy a hard wire kit but at that point just sleep in it and you’ll wake up and get to see what’s happening 24/7

- Answer Hello, The 320XR model does not have GPS. The letters at the end of the model number denote what's included- 'XR' means that a rear camera is included. 'W' means that the camera has Wi-Fi. 'G' means that the camera has GPS. If you need GPS, I would recommend looking at the 322GW, 422GW, 522GW or 622GW models.

QuestionDoes anyone have issues with their rear camera showing pink on and off while they are driving? Ever since I set up the camera it’s done this and I’m not sure if it’s something I did or the camera itself.

- Answer Hello Bunmom, I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your rear camera on the 320XR. I'd recommend two things: 1. Make sure the firmware on the camera is up to date. 2. Ensure the rear camera connector about 30cm away from the rear camera has been fully plugged in (until it clicks). A loose cable could cause the issue you're describing. - Answer Hello, This is likely to be a loose rear camera cable. I'd recommend checking that the connector 30cm from the rear camera is fully inserted until it clicks into place.

- Answer You can get it off, but I wouldn’t advise it. Yes it’s glued on there. It’s definitely not something you’re going to move around. Not made for that
