• All D-SLRs are warranted by Nikon, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Camera Lenses are warranted by Nikon, Inc. for one (1) year from the date of purchase plus 4 extended years (total of 5 years).

• It comes with the Nikon Warranty booklets inside for both body and lens. The warranty that I've seen is 5yrs.
