- Answer Yes, you can schedule a brew for whatever time you would like. The only downfall is that you will have to reset the schedule brew frequently even for the same time. For example, I wake up at 7 am and make coffee at that time. The scheduled brew will make it at 7 am but I have to reset it every time so that it will continue to brew at the scheduled time. I wished I could personalize the brew for the whole week in one sitting.

QuestionHELP. Wy am i getting grounds in my coffee when using k-cups...it has done this since day one out of the box! I clean it EVERY NIGHT used pod is removed when done, I waste 4 or 5 kcups of coffee to get one cup without grounds!..for 200$ i expected better!

- Answer Have you found a solution. Our coffee maker does the same thing. Every time we use a pod 1/4 of it is at the bottom of the coffee cup.

QuestionI have this brewer and I love it. My husband makes the carafe and I use cups. The only issue is that I get a lot of grounds in my coffee with the cups. Is there a fix for this?

- Answer I haven’t had that problem but I’m thinking maybe because I have mine set to strong? It takes longer for the water to push through the beans that way.

- Answer I had the same issue but cleaning it helped. Make sure you clean where you insert the k-cup and the place under it as well
