Q: QuestionWHAT DOES IT COME WITH ? LIKE DOES IT COME WITH A STYLUS, AND AR CARDS, AND 4GB MEMORY CARD AND ADAPTER??
Asked by INCLUDES.
- A:Answer The Nintendo 2DS system: Stylus: The Nintendo 2DS comes with a large, thick stylus that's much like the Nintendo 3DS Xl's default stylus. The stylus works as a sort of virtual "pen" to poke around on the 2DS's lower screen, though the system's tablet-like layout makes it easy to use a finger, too. A 4 GB SDHC card comes packed in with the system (literally; you'll find the card in the 2DS's SD card slot). The card holds 4 gigabytes of data, including game save data and games downloaded from the Nintendo 3DS eShop. A Nintendo 3DS AC adapter in included with the Nintendo 2DS and utilizes the 3DS's AC adapter, which charges the device's lithium-ion battery when it's plugged in. Unlike the 3DS, the Nintendo 2DS does not come with a charging cradle.

Q: QuestionTo buy other games, do they come in cartridges or do I download? What games are they & price range? Can 3ds games be used even though it says 3ds only?
Asked by Mom.
- A:Answer 1. Most games come in both physical formats (Cartridges) or digital formats (downloads). There are also many games that only come in downloads. 2. The Nintendo 3DS has a very large game library, but the favorite ones are Mario series, Pokemon series, etc. A Nintendo 3DS game that has a cartridge version will cost $39.99. (There are some exceptions though). For the same game, the cartridge and the download will always be at the same price unless there is a sale going on. 3. The "3DS only" means the game is only for the the Nintendo 3DS family. Nintendo 3DS games will definitely work on the Nintendo 2DS as Nintendo 2DS is part of the Nintendo 3DS family. However, the original, non-clamshell Nintendo 2DS does not run games labeled "Only for New Nintendo 3DS" on the top (The Minecraft game in the image is one of them). But there aren't too many of these kind of games.

Q: QuestionIs it recommended to buy a screen protecter or is the screen strong enough?
Asked by GBF.
- A:Answer If you plan on putting this in a storage area without any other items such as keys or pens, i'd say the screen is strong enough. If you aren't that careful with your devices, i'd get one for the pocket sake.

Q: QuestionWhy are the flat Nintendos (vs. foldable) so much cheaper? Is that the only difference or is the actual machinery more complex on the more expensive and XL consoles? And for a 7 year old, are the fold-up ones simply more durable?? Thanks.
Asked by Elisa.
- A:Answer I believe that the processor and gaming performance are the exact same on the 2DS VS 2DS XL & 3DS XL ect. The price aspect is that the foldable screen has protection when closed against debris, dust... The 2DS does not fold and is always exposed to dust, scratches, without having the ability to close. Simply put, the foldable devices have built in screen protection, and the flat devices don't. (Foldable devices are more premium)
