- Answer Have you tried adjusting the height? There is a little switch in the bottom to adjust the height for phones with cases.

- Answer Yes, It works well with the Series 4 Watch. The only downside is plugging in the phone, it takes a few seconds because the plug is adjustable, causing it to move when trying to secure the phone onto the base.

- Answer There doesn’t seem to be a problem charging the Apple Watch 4, but we had to take Otterbox Defender case off before the iPhone 6 could connect with the charger. Without the case there is no problem at all.
