A:AnswerThat depends. In my case, the video stops working and goes black a couple of minutes into the ride. If you don’t mind watching your blank monitor wobble around, it’s not a big concern.

A:AnswerI don’t have an answer but would second this question. I’ve had multiple chats/support communication with iFit without resolution and no solutions offered. After using my bike everyday for a month with an annoying but tolerable video glitch, it has now become essentially unusable. I blame NordicTrack/iFit, but also have to question why BestBuy continues to sell their products.
A:AnswerAre u sure u have them all the way up? It may seem like they are but can't be all the way up and still too low. They go pretty high I'm almost 6 foot and I ride a slammed roadbike and I have my S22i in the middle and it's perfect
