Sorry for your activation trouble, and tho it’s not really prominent, this limitation is right in the BBY delivery description: “Digital Delivery Available soon after purchase. Redemption information is emailed and available in your Order Details. **Redeem in US only**. Non-returnable. BestBuy.com account required to purchase.” If you’re traveling to the U.S. or its territories any time soon, you can activate the license. Also, the 1-year subscription doesn’t start until you activate. Hope this helps - DWN
