Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So is it the same software and protection and service from Norton. Your Tech Support said your support is different for hacker invasion and would not work outside of USA. I was told removal of hackers would not be provided.

The only difference is any issue with the license key would be resolved with Best Buy, since they are they one responsible for delivering the key.
