• A:Answer Yes should be np as long as 650 watt PSU should be more than enough and extra pci express power cord from your PSU, make sure you have enough room in your desktop case to fit the GPU. 1070 and 1080 are not small gpu

• A:Answer Buy a cheap hdmi compatible monitor. But if you can’t do that an hdmi/display port to dvi might work better. This card can handle a lot more than dvi or vga can output.
