A:AnswerJust got mine less than a week ago and have terrible coil whine as well. My old 2070 super had some, but nothing compared to this. It's louder than the fans in the computer. Debating returning as well.

A:AnswerNo you will not! Because that's how they're keeping the prices high of the 4090 because it's actually not a high demand item they just never put enough in stock where they're always out of stock so you're more likely to buy one when you get a chance.
