A:AnswerI have i7 9700K and I play in both 3440 x 1440 & 4K, haven't seen a bottleneck at all. Gaming above QHD+ resolution usually consumes more GPU power than the CPU. Youtube has some videos running high end graphics card on previous-gen CPUs and newer CPUs only make small differences in the framerate.
A:AnswerIt performs extremely well in 4K, you may have to adjust settings if you want to use ray tracing. DLSS will be your best friend to get to take advantage of that 120hz.
A:AnswerThe new Super series have released, they're cheaper then the original 40s. I would go for 4080 super for 4k. and 4070 ti super or 4070 super for 1440p or below.
A:AnswerI'm not sure if it does. I've read a few things that suggested another part of the issue was possibly caused by third party manufacturing. As a consequence I bought the Nvidia manufactured RTX 4080. My computer guy showed me where the problem originates and was aware of how to make the connection to avoid the issue. No problems so far.
A:AnswerThey have pretty much have stopped making these. It's being replaced with the 4080 super. It'll be faster at a cheaper price. Better off going for that.
