How easy is it to install and set up? null

This only works for older models of the PS4. I bought it when I bought a PS4 recently (2014-Feb) and found that this didn't work with my PS4. I returned it and bought a standard notebook HD to upgrade my PS4 to 2GB storage and that worked just fine.

It is actually more work than just replacing hard drive and you will gain nothing.
