CAN I HOOK UP A EXTERNAL EQULIZER TO THIS UNIT null

I do not believe you can hook up an external equalizer to this unit. There is no pre-amp I/O connections or a tape loop. The only thing that you could do is send zone 2 to an external amp. that has the connections to use an external equalizer. I could be missing something so I wold suggest calling Onkyo directly.
