- Answer Waterproof-no. Water resistant-yes. Spills, Splashes, Sprays would be no problem. You drop it in a bucket of water, toilet or sea.... You'll be buying a new phone.

QuestionDoes it have the non slip back like the one I had on my iPhone 4? ( the defender) The backing on that has little knobbys (?) and it prevents the phone from sliding down on a slopped table.

- Answer No, the back of the case has a more smoother texture. Not as grippy as the older otterboxes.

QuestionIs the Otter Box Guaranteed? The phone holder fell to the ground and the end holder cracked off which no longer allows me to carry it in the holder. I purchased at Best Buy. Thanks. AMG

- Answer At one time sprint had had told me there was a lifetime guarantee on the otter box. I would call otter box and Best Buy. If you don’t have you receipt Best Buy can do a look up.
