“Does this case interfere with the Zagg glass screen protector?”

I got zagg glass and it doesn't interfere. The protector makes for a response that's less quick than the screen itself. Only touches the edges which is a good safety feature, just less sensitive.

No it doesn't, there is a little space between the screen protector and the case all around the edges.

No, it doesn't. I have the hd clear on my phone and it works well with it.
