- Answer Always plugged in (unless i missed that somewhere). However it it light and easily moved from room to room or desks.

QuestionThe bottom bulb needs to be replaced, how do I change it and where can I find a replacement bulb ? This lamp is only 1 & 1/2 years old. Also, how do I change the bulb?

- Answer The LED bulb(s) are not replaceable. If the lamp is not operable may I suggest unplugging the lamp from the wall outlet and allow the lamp to sit for approx. 30+ minutes to see if the lamp will re-set itself. Best regards, Ottlite C/S PH#800/842-8848

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding Ottlite's Mood LED Color Changing Base Desk lamp w/ USB Charging (mode #CSB3000W), Ottlite's Engineer does not think the lamp will work w/ a smart plug, as when the smart plug is turned on it just means the electricity is now going to the lamp, the on/off button on the lamp will still need to be engaged in order to turn the lamp on/off.
