QuestionMy old Panasonic wireless home phone charges via rechargeable batteries. Does this model use the same system or can I just pop in new batteries without having to charge the old batteries?

- Answer Hi! We recommend using only rechargeable Ni-MH batteries AAA (R03) size. The part number for the recommended batteries is HHR-4DPA. Hope this helps! -C

- Answer The model can work with VoIP, however, if you will experience noise issues or will notice that Caller ID features are not working properly, then you will also have to install a DSL/ADSL filter to the telephone line, between the base unit and each telephone line jack. For this, the DSL/ADSL provider will have to be contacted for further details. -M

The phone system is hearing aid compatible as defined by the FCC in 47 CFR Section 68.316, and it is in compliance with the TIA-1083 standard which makes the phone system have reduced noise and interference when used with T-Coil equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants. We recommend you check with the manufacturer of your hearing aids for additional information. -C
