Hello! The phone system was released in 2016. Please note that this system was specifically tested with landline connections and has not been evaluated with wi-fi modem. Therefore, we encourage you to reach out directly to your telephone service provider for any further clarification or assistance. Additionally, if you experience any issues related to sound quality or Caller ID services while utilizing VoIP, it may be necessary to have a DSL/ADSL filter installed on the line by your telephone service provider. It is also important to mention that the phone system will not operate in the absence of electricity.
