• Hello. The volume has to be changed for each handset and base unit separately. To change the volume of the handset, while the phone rings, use the "+" or "-" buttons on the side of the handset, the same steps have to be followed for the base unit while it rings. For the handsets, the volume can also be selected using MENU #160. -G
