- Answer Hey Nancy, i think you need to call HP to get an official answer to your question. if the laptop is still under warranty, then you can just send it to HP to fix it. If you want to replace it yourself then you should contact HP and give your model number and ask what battery the laptop uses and where you can buy the battery

- Answer It is WIn10 Home. There's a chance it could've been Win10 "S"... in any case didn't wait to check around, got a Win 10 Pro license key from EBay and upgraded to Win 10 Pro.

- Answer Nevermind Ubuntu, Linux Mine Debbie works without safe mode or anything. You will need a wifi adapter though. Newegg is selling a 5Ghz / 2.4 Ghz. Asus mini adapter for 20$. https://www.linuxmint.com/download_lmde.php

Questioni bought this laptop, the first time i turned it on everything was fine, but the second time i turned it on took a long time, every time I turn it on it takes around 7-8 minutes, what i can do?

- Answer I would check the WiFi connection or try resetting it. Or set the network to auto join. If your laptop is trying to do system updates it can delay boot up.
