• A single bridge can support up to 50 lights. So, you would only need one bridge in most cases. I guess its possible the bridge could be in a location that couldn't reach some of your lights but i have not seen anyone complain of such issues.

• one bridge will control the whole house. I bought the color starter kit then just bought the bulbs as I added new lights/rooms to the system.

• One hub will service all devices in the house. You may run into issues in a very large home if the hub is not centrally located.
