QuestionWhat is the difference between the 9300 series and the 9700 series?
- Answer I’m fairly certain that there are only two differences between the 9300 and the 9700: 1. The 9700 includes additional brush heads included in the box. 2. The 9700 includes a premium case that features the ability to charge your toothbrush using a USB cable plugged into the case (useful if you're a frequent traveler, I suppose). The toothbrush itself is identical (9300 vs. 9500 vs. 9700).
QuestionIs there another Phillips electric toothbrush I can get in place of this one that has a charging base? Instead of the cup charger? Really dislike the cup idea!! Also doesn’t have to be compatible with the app. I don’t need that.
- Answer It comes with a plastic base that can be used to store and charge the toothbrush. I don’t use my glass for either. I use it for rinsing and drinking. The travel case also charges the brush when plugged in.

QuestionReplaced "Gum" head a while ago, when toothbrush made a beeping sound. Worked fine for months. Just made beeping sound again. Bought "compatible" brush head same thing. Head that came with it does not work (beeps). BROKEN??
