• A:Answer Yes. It has Bluetooth connection for phone calls. Apple and Android. It will download your contacts list but it does not have voice dial directly. It will activate your phone's voice assist.

• A:Answer Yes you have terrific control of the sound. You have 13 bands to customize the sound you like. You also have bass boost off, low, high. and you also have power boost low, med, high. There generic pre adjusts like voice, orchestra, etc etc i dont use. I go to the menu and choose, sound then adjust each sound band like 5k, 50k, 125k, etc and then save settings. It takes a while of paying with it to get it the way you like. You can easily blow out your speakers if you go max on everything and turn it up loud. You will love this radio...cd's sound great !

• A:Answer You set the levels to what you like. You have 13 levels of adjustment and bass boost and power boost that affect the sound. Do you like hi hi's or deep lows or a combo of both. Its all in the kind of music you like and what you want to hear. There are generic settings for more voice or more orchestra that I dont use. I spend the time to tune each db level to what I like ans then save setting.
