• This deck requires a wiring adapter and face plate adapter kit if the infinity is wider.

• Most likely just a wiring adapter so there's no cutting and splicing. Also, is your stock radio is dual din (the wider style) you would also need a separate faceplate adapter, all sold at best buy.
