The entire circular polarizer unit is approximately 7 mm thick.
The threaded base mount which would screw into your (camera) lens is approximately 4 mm thick.
The rotating bezel which contains the circular polarizer lens is approximately 3 mm thick.
These measurements are approximate and probably on the high side because I did not have a vernier caliper handy, so I measured it with a steel rule.
I rather doubt that you could find a circular polarizer any thinner than this unit.
