Depending upon Macbook model there can be a memory size cap. Make sure to check mhz speed, volt, and type ie 10600/10666 recommendations from apple's support website. I already swapped out my ram and it works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I installed on my new Mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13” 2.5ghz model with i5 processor (Non Retina). Worked great at first, but randomly will glitch my screen and freeze. I have tried the 1.5v version and this Low Voltage version, but both do the same thing. Memory test is ok. I have reverted back to the stock 4gb for now, with no issues.
