It has screw holes on the sides and bottom but not on the back. the screws are not included in the packaging.

Does have holes on the back for mounting, doesn't come with any screws. I think most SSD's don't.

An SSD internal hard drive will probably have screw holes to match the hard drive caddy in a laptop. An SSD will also work in a PC, but the screw holes may not match up with existing mounting fixtures. That has never been a problem for me with PC's. The SSD is so light and small, that it's easy to find a place to put it within a PC. Fix it in place with a little piece of duct tape.
