A:Answer Since I am not familiar with the X1300, you will have to answer your own question by opening up your pc and examining it.
1) Does the X1300 have a SATA port? (Note: the drive does not come with cables, you'll need to get a SATA cable if you don't have one.)
2) Does your power supply have a plug for SATA power? If not, you will need to buy an adapter.
3) Can you mount the SSD in your PC? If not, you will need to get a caddy/adapter to match the screw holes.
If you are able to fulfill the above, then the drive should work in your PC.
After installing the SSD, plug in the USB install drive or load the DVD media (depending on what you have) to install Windows 10. Power up the PC. It will notice that the SSD is blank and start to look for an install media and start the installation process. If the PC does not search for an install media, restart the PC and hit whatever key to change the boot order. It usually is F12, but check your manual it may be different for the X1300. Make the usb drive or DVD drive first so the PC will boot off the installation media.
I'm assuming the you have verify that X1300 is compatible with Windows 10, otherwise you will be missing software drivers for some of your components in your PC.
