• A:Answer You'd need some sort of converter from your lighting connector to a standard USB A connector to get that to work, or save your pictures to your computer from your phone over your lightning cable and then save them from the computer to this drive. There are flash drive products out there that have a lightning connector instead of a USB A which would probably work better for you. As for 4,000 pictures, it depends on how big the pictures are. If they're 1MB each that would be 4,000 pictures * 1MB = 4,000MB = 4GB. If the pictures are 10mb each it would take a 40GB drive to save them

• A:Answer I have seen Best Buy and Amazon both incorrectly label some of these drives on their websites. I believe the drives with the RED sliding collar (not black or blue) are the Turbo Plus version. They supposidly have a faster read/write access time, but I personally don't think they are worth the extra cost. I buy the Turbo version from Best Buy when they are 40-60 percent Off, and they will pricematch Amazon too.
