- Answer Good luck finding it. I think they only come with a quick set up/user guid. The manual is supposed to be downloadable from Polk’s website, but it’s not. Luckily this unit it’s not very complicated. All I did was hook up the hdmi from my tv that has arc to the sound bar and I was done.

- Answer Hi Luis, Yes, the sound bar and wireless sub must be connected to an ac outlet. If you needed to use outdoors without nearby power a small generator would work great and you can rent them also. Take care.

QuestionI bought this and a Samsung QLED TV, it does NOT stay connected to the TV via HDMI, Optical, or Bluetooth. It’s a shame to spend $2k on a new tv and the sound bar doesn’t work without being messed with 20x a day. Does anyone else have this issue???

QuestionCan other speakers be added to the Polk audio sound bar system?

- Answer I don't think you can add additional speakers to this set up. I purchased this soundbar and accompanying sub for my parents' sitting room right off their kitchen. The sound is crystal clear with a great range. That being said, I have a Samsung set up (Samsung - 2.1-Channel Soundbar System with 6-1/2" Wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier - Black Model:HW-N450/ZA SKU:6199820) since I already have a Samsung TV, and it does have the ability to add additional speakers, which I plan on doing when I move this TV to a bigger room. For the time being, the soundbar and sub are plenty of sound for my living room/kitchen area.

- Answer As delivered it will be already synced with Bluetooth. If necessary you can resync it. The settings holds with power off.

- Answer Yes I believe the sound is much tighter and not harsh like the Samsung,bass wise it’s on par with the higher end models for a nice small room.

- Answer I had this issue as well initially. I had to adjust my tv setting to enable the sound through the ARC HDMI channel. There was another obscure setting I had to enable, I believe as well. This will likely vary by television manufacturer.

QuestionJust bought this sound bar 3 days ago. Installed to my new 55 LG Super UHD TV and it sounded amazing. 2 days later, I cannot change the volume, either by using the included remote or the buttons on top of the sound bar. It is simply loud. Why?

- Answer Hi Rick. I used the setup option where the HDMI cable (non Arc port) was connected and optical sound out was also connected. This was one of two possible setups described by Polk in the instructions. The instructions also contained another setup option of simply connecting the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on the tv - not using the optical sound out cable. I did also try this setup. Again, the first setup was working for 2 days before it started behaving in such a strange way. Update: I returned the sound bar and got another one exactly the same. I used both the HDMI and optical out cables and it is working perfectly. The sound bar was auto detected and the volume can be controlled by the Polk remote, the Polk sound bar buttons on the sound bar, my LG tv remote and Roku remote (just like the first time). I forgot to mention the power button, stopped working on the original sound bar as well. It is working on the new sound bar. I will monitor for a few days. In this price range it is a phenomenal 2.1 sound bar with wireless sub woofer.

QuestionThe Quick Start Guide says: The blue tooth goes into stand by when there is no input for 15 minutes. Mine went into standby/turned off after about 15 minutes while I was playing youtube videos through it? Is this right? Can I change this? - Thanks
