- Answer J Take a look at this model's directions in the free app BILT to see the steps in 3D and get a good idea for how the process would go. Please understand that the term “CHP” or continuous horsepower is measured in a lab testing using a dynamometer to measure mechanical power and that the CHP rating does not denote the operational horsepower of a treadmill in ordinary household use. - Answer Gary This is done during activation. Once the machine is activated, you will not need to do any activation again and can use manual mode without signing in to iFIT.
