    Asked by Footloose.

It took almost two months for me to see an improvement. It still hurts a lot, when I am on my feet much, and I am hoping that in time it will improve more. • Questiondoes Quell work with a android device? I don't have a smartphone

    Asked by tomk.

    • Answer The Quell Relief app will work on Android phones and tablets, but will not currently work on Kindle devices. For a list of compatible devices, please visit the Android app store. Your smartphone or tablet must be running Android 6 or later to operate the Quell Relief app. Quell will function without the app (only Quell 2.0 requires a smartphone). However, the app allows you to access additional features and tracking that enhance your experience. The Quell app will allow you to calibrate your device, start and stop, control and customize therapy from your smartphone. . • Questionafter charging battery to 100% i use for less than one session and the battery shows 0%. what is the cause and if need be can I get a replacement.

    Asked by dovehunter.

    • Answer Please contact our Boston-based Customer Care team (800-204-6577) so we can learn more about your situation. Battery life is dependent on your particular therapy intensity and frequency of use but a fully charged battery can last up to 25 therapy hours . Like most rechargeable batteries, the charging capacity will start to taper off over the course of years, so there is not a specific time when it will completely stop working. The battery in Quell was designed for years of problem-free use and is covered by our 2-year warranty.

If you cannot place your Quell device at the recommended location just below the knee due to situations such as wound or skin irritation, then you may position the device at mid-calf or above the knee on the lower thigh. The device should be recalibrated at the new site before initiating therapy.
