No. But, I bought 2 systems to monitor 8 tires. The app connects to only one bluetooth receiver at a time, so I can only see readings for 4 tires at a time. But I can easily switch between systems (and tires) by turning off the receiver the app has been connected to, and turning on the other. Works great.

I'm using 2 sets of monitors with the same app. Each system has to be registered/paired. The blue tooth receiver that intercepts the pressure data from the tires is a single use device. You cannot pair the receiver to multiple sets of monitors, but you should have no problem using 4 systems through the one app as you will assign a name to each vehicle.
