QuestionI'm not heard nor can I hear when I am on a phone call or whatsapp call and the headphones (md 2021) are wireless connected to the phone (with dongle in USB-c). They only work when they are connected via 3.5mm jack. What can I do in this case?

- Answer You have to adjust the sound settings, switch to Razer headphones. And when you're done, you have to set it back to your default again. Very annoying.

- Answer Yes, but not through Bluetooth. The headset comes with its own plug in cord, so you may connect to ps4 controller or any other controller that allows plug in headsets.

- Answer No not these. The new 2022 razor barracudas do connect through Bluetooth so I believe they would work great for both at the same time.

- Answer Hopefully this has been solved by now but I'd make sure the mute button hasn't accidentally been pressed from the side and that the mic is properly plugged in. Also depending on what device or program youre calling from, I'd also make sure it has the mic set to Razer and not your default mic.

- Answer No. It uses a C type connector and works PC and Cell phone I'm pretty sure. Be better off getting the official Xbox headset vs this one as they are the same price and the Xbox is BT and 2.4.
