NO. If you had an adapter the 3.5mm would not be able to carry the needed power to use them. Unless you carry around a battery and get some type of USB splinter along with the adapter it might work. But then why not buy a non USB headset

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cable comes with a duel mic/headphone 3.5 audio jack. It also has an included USB adapter for plugins into computers. You MAY be able to find a duel 3.5 audio to single 3.5 audio converter. But, fair warning these have a very long cord.
