- Answer Build quality its all plastic for frame etc. standard telescoping frame to adjust around your melon. Sound quality is very good but I use it from gaming and very little for music and such. My mates I game with say my voice over in game comms is very good.

- Answer The difference should be the type of connector. The green kraken model uses a 3.5 headphone connector with splitter cable for the microphone. The black USB model uses a USB connection

- Answer Yes they do. The Razer Synapse software that it offers allows you to customize them to your liking. I am also a Mac user I game with them and use them for music when working on my iMac and so far no complaints whatsoever.

- Answer There is a Razer warranty for a year. If you have all your receipt details and stuff, go to the website and do a warranty claim, and they might be able to send you a replacement. I got a brand new replacement of my Razer mouse one time, and it went great.
