“I have 4 audio ports in my PC. With my old head set it has a USB port and a audio 3.5mm jack. Will this head set work the same or will I need to purchase a additional splitter?”

This is a USB headset.

This headset only has a USB connection, there is no 3.5mm jack. Simply plug the one USB cable into your computer and the audio and microphone both work!

With this headset you will only need 1 USB port. That's the beauty of it!

As long as you have an open USB port and can get to it through your preference settings, it ought to work fine.
