• No it will not. The x-box headset plug in is much smaller than other headsets

• They should. Just have to go into settings. You might need the USB headphone adapter. The lights are driven by USB though. So you might want to use the Kraken Pro analog ones more for this and they also make a specific headphone for the XBox.
