Q: QuestionIs there a way to rectify the static noise anyone can hear when I talk into the mic when it's being used wirelessly on a PS4? If plugged in through the controller, anyone in my party can hear themselves echoing.

• A:Answer Read the owners manual, and make sure the microphone is facing the correct direction. Also the headset should work plugged into the USB A port on the console. As for eco, check to make sure everything is plugged in proper, and make sure you dont have a monitoring sidetone enabled. Also having the headset at high volumes might cause a issue. Good luck!

• A:Answer The sound quality is mid (as for all mics) until you tune it on PC with the Razer Synapse 3 software, and update the headset drivers. As for tuning it, plug in the USB for the headset, open Razer Synapse, go to Audio, go to Mic, turn on monitoring sidetone when testing your mic, and then just mess with it till it sounds good. I set Mic: 100 Enhancement Volume Normalization: 22 (on) Vocal Clarity (off) Mic Noise Cancelation (on) Mic Equalizer (default) (Then make sure to turn monitoring side tone off when done)

• A:Answer I have a PS5 and the Kraken V3 Pro works with 3D Audio Heaphones, and is tunable on there. Just make sure to update the drivers and tweak the headset sound to your liking on PC. You have to use the Razer Synapse 3 software from their website on Pc. As for Xbox Series X, I know 100% it will work wired with the aux cable, wireless, I dont know.

• A:Answer The headset is out now, is amazing and I 100% would highly recommend it. Just make sure you can update the drivers on a PC with Razer's Synapse 3 software, and tweak the settings and RGB to your liking. It does not have bluetooth, Wireless on: Pc, Playstation, Switch (docked), and it works on everything with Aux cable port.

• A:Answer The Razer Kraken V3 Pro has a USB A dongle. Wireless is compatible with: PC, Mac, Playstation, Switch (docked), and wired for all devices. You can update the drivers for the headset and calibeate it, recolor, set custom RGB settings and styles all within the Razer Synapse 3 software from Razer's website on PC. As for bluetooth, this headset does not have that option, but it does have a wired mode for all devices.
