Hi, I don't have your computer model, but MOST Windows computers have at lease one USB port on the side. Since your machine does not have a microphone or camera, I have attached a couple recommendations. Each of these devices use a USB port, so If your computer does not have two open USB ports, you may also need a USB Hub. As for a webcam, I have had a couple of the Logitech webcams and have found them to be consistent and reliable. For doing Zoom Meetings, I suggest getting a USB Headset (also from Logitech) these allow you to have good sound in you ear, as well as a microphone that should not have any feedback during the call.
