  • QuestionI am trying to use my JBL 710 speaker inside of my car and I’m wondering if this will help because one of my cigarette lighter fuses broke from it already.

    Asked by Lucas.

    • Answer Hello Lucas, Thank you for reaching out. The RNG-INVT-1000-12V-P2 inverter cannot be used through a cigarette lighter socket. Those sockets are typically fused for 10–15A (120–180W), and this inverter draws much higher current, this is likely why your fuse blew. For safe operation, the inverter must be connected directly to the vehicle battery using proper cables and fuses. Also, please verify your JBL 710 speaker’s wattage to ensure it’s within the inverter’s capacity. If you’d like help confirming compatibility or proper installation, feel free to contact us by phone or chat.
