A:AnswerIt is active 3D. Need glasses that uses batteries that are rechargeable. The glasses need to state they are for DLP projection 3D. Best Buy does not sell the proper glasses. Amazon does sell proper 3D glasses. Also EBay. The glasses are kinda expensive, but not too bad and they work well. Doesn’t matter the brand of glasses. Just needs to state they are DLP compatible. Apparently all DLP projectors send 3D signals the same way.
A:AnswerI do not know if the sound output is surround sound but there are 2 ways. 1) There is a 3.5mm jack for sound on the back of the projector. 2) I use Bluetooth to connect to an external speaker that I place under the projected image.
A:AnswerI can connect my PC at 1080p but I would not recommend it for text. It is OK for movies and seems to be 1080p but it has a weird checkerboard pattern when you look up close.
A:AnswerHi Bort! To watch movies and videos in 3D on our Projector you just need 3D glasses like the ones they give you in the movies or better. You do not need any special surfaces to project on. Enjoy!
