Q: QuestionI want to use this at an apt where I would be using the wifi of my tenant.I assume as long as I register the device to my ring subscription then it does not matter that I am not using a wifi that I "own", but I will be able to see the device on my phone?

• A:Answer That’s a tricky question. When you first install and get the app you need the WiFi no matter what. Ring only works with WiFi, that’s how it stays on to monitor. Point is, you need WiFi to make the ring work. Without WiFi it won’t catch anything.

Q: QuestionIs ring easy to setup? I recently got a Roku and doesn't connect to my Tmobile white home internet it is set to 2.4Ghz I have a linksys wifi router as well. I need help I hope ring has good CS and easy to set up.

Q: QuestionI have an apartment house. Can i set this up to tenant WIFI with their permission. Then can other tenants download the app to view the camera images only. Only the tenant with the wifi could make changes to the app.
